Phil Bues is the Research Manager for IDC Cloud Security. In this role, Phil drives research, provides thought leadership and advises clients on complex issues including cybersecurity of the cloud and in the cloud. His commentary will address the benefits and challenges to what's been called the shared responsibility model and how that line may change going forward. Most recently, Phil started and ran two full-service digital agencies with a major focus on large enterprise IT Fortune 500 clients. Notably, he previously worked for the New York State Assembly, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and IBM in various roles. Phil is a promoter of the benefit statements he observes; clients looking for ways to increase inbound marketing effectiveness for their value propositions will appreciate his experience and perspectives.
